Software License
Please read the following lines carefully before using this software. If you disagree with any of the following, you are not allowed to use this program. You must then delete it from all storage media immediately.
You may not reverse engineer, disassemble, de-compile, or translate the software, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the software, except to the extent (if at all) expressly permitted under any applicable law. You may not rent, lease or loan the software. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works of or based on the software. Your possession, installation, or use of the software does not transfer to you any title to the intellectual property in the software.
Depending on the registration key provided to you by me you will be granted a "test license" or a "full license".
Test License
You have the right to test this program for a period of six weeks. You are not allowed to copy this software and give it to any other person without permission by me. Please contact me if you want to install the program on multiple computers within your institution, company, or school. Each computer needs its own registration key.
Use of this software after the trial period of six weeks is in violation of international Copyright law! After the trial period the software has either to be de-installed and removed completely from all your storage media or a full license has to be purchased from me.
Full License
The full license version of this program can be installed on multiple computers within your institution, company, or school as long as it is only used by members of your institution, company, or school. In case of doubt you should ask me if it is allowed to install the software on a specific computer before you purchase the software or install it. The final decision about this subject is made exclusively by me.
Updates of the software are provided by me free of charge for the first two years after purchasing the full license.
Liability
I try to keep the software as bug-free as possible. However, I cannot guarantee that this software will run in every environment, together with any other application, without producing errors. Any liability for damage of any sort is hereby denied. In any case, the liability is limited to the registration fee.
Please test this program with non-critical data. We cannot guarantee the safety of your data. Should you detect errors before registration, you accept them if you register. Any description of bugs will be accepted, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to correct them.
